I had to have my wife hospitalized this morning and now I’m waiting for a little while to let the doctors do their diagnosing and the hospital to get her into whichever room she’s going into . Not much that I can do except wait and stay out of the way .
Best wishes for your wife.

Sorry to hear that, buddy. Hang in there. Praying for you both.

So sorry to read that. It is the worse feeling in the world to have the one you love in distress. You and she are in our prayers.

Today for the first time, I replaced the omega springs on an old Benchmade 531.

And I hope I never have to do that again. Boy, that was difficult !!!
A fellow knife enthusiast I see.
Heres my EDC. My griptilian is my favorite knife to carry.

Loll, It looks like a mini in your hand ! Did you make that Spyderco style trigger yourself ? I customize everything.

I don't really buy more than required, But I get those that makes the job enjoyable :)

Really happy, I got my fidget back. Now that I know what's implied in replacing the springs... I might relax on it, loll.

But I really love this little 2 ounces of incredible performing gear at 7.5 inch with a thin high grind for a light duty knife, it's good from spreading butter to cutting boxes.

With my modded scales, the handle has become a dream and a Griptilian clip talk about it. It's been my edc since a very long time. And couldn't let it go for dead springs.

Right now its fully stock. I would like to get some aluminum scales for it. It would feel better in hand and up the fidget factor a ton :)

Sick build. Are those carbon fiber scales?

Oh, no... Just the factory G10 layered black and grey. That I Butted and re-profiled to my liking. Tolerance is so tight, there's not too much place for improvisation, But it's enough to play with.
