So ugly that they're cute

cute fishies!!

but damn it, now I've got that goofy song going round & round in my head...

<humming as I type>

lol p_d ,it's an annoying tune. I feel your pain and I apologise :lol:
Thanks fishylover!

Well, I just finished syphoning out unhatched eggs. I found no little corpses so I can assume that everyone who hatched made it to the freeswimming stage. They look great,very still,hiding under leaves and whatnot. I haven't fed yet but I'm about to. I wanted to clean up first. Looks to be a good thirty of them :thumbs:

Good luck with your new babies. They sound so good being nice and still and sticking to the glass :wub:

They're the bestest babies I've ever had!! I just know it.
I know,I know...they're only like three days old :rolleyes: But it doesn't matter,they already rawk. I walked in to check on them a minute ago and I saw a good 24 out and about. They're already eating bbs and I've seen them eat worms. I haven't seen bbs consumption but I put some in there last night and today and they're all gone and the babes have orange bellies right now :wub:

GLEE!

Wou. this time is better than the last time. More babies you got. :) Yippy!!! :cool:

I need to update their pics too. Now that they're jarred they're just :drool: :wub: :drool: with a splash of :hey: :flex:

Here's the beebee's. One week old. Gawd awful pic. Punks.

Linda :wub:

Well,I have good news and bad news. Well,two bad things, firstly my brine are driving me mad! :angry: I tried to offer them grindals yesterday but they didn't take too kindly to it. Then I did a water change last night and found five dead babies under a plant weight :sad: I guess they got stuck under there during the last water change,uggh it makes me ill.

On a better note, they're doing very well and they have dorsals. I noticed they've moved to the upper level today, which indicates their labyrinths are developing. And D'oh! as I was typing this I realized I didn't plug their heater in after last nights wc :X So maybe they're only towards the top because they're cold :lol:
Kidding,they're fine,it's the labyrinths :) The fish room is plenty warm ;) :whistle:

Here's a small crew of surface dwellers.
