I'm greatly saddened to read this news. Angel Lady has been a long standing member of the site and really got the household pets forum rolling. A thoroughly decent person, it's a great loss to everyone who knew her. My thoughts are with her family.

It's pretty rare (touch wood) that we have outages, so not a high priority thing, in the future it may be something we add, but hopefully it won't be seen often...

Hi I believe there is a problem with the board sending out emails, so people aren't getting their validations. I am looking into this, and in the meantime have validated accounts.

I'd be a big fan of AFI's music, I saw a music video and thought the lead singer was a bit weird! But, it's their music which matters and god called in sick today, bleed back, morning star are pretty good.

The option is there if people want to use the additional sections on the site. This site is first and foremost a fish keeping site.

The trouble is, it would probably need to be one forum with a lot of subforums (to prevent confusion of everything jumbled), and would it get used enough?

Thanks for the replies and input. steelhealr summed it up very well on the previous page. We will be monitoring the situation and always appreciate suggestions, it's probable that in the future there will be a re-jigging of the forums.

As I have not been proactive in searching out sponsors, initially it is likely that we'll only have a couple. However, over time we hope to have a much wider spectrum. If you use and can recommend a company who may be interested in this, then please feel free to ask them to contact me.
