hi there!

I currently live in the UK, but will be moving to Australia soon (awaiting a visa, so I can marry my mrs!)

I've had a 60L (14g) tank for 18 mths now, but have recently moved it to my parents for them to look after.

I used to have a pair of Blue Acaras in a comunity tank. They spawned lots of eggs on numerous occasions, but I was never luck enough to raise them.
The community tank didn't last long once the Acaras matured as they ate everything!
The female Acara died in a tank cleaning accident and I was left with a sole male Blue Acara for a long time.

Since moving the tank I took the Acara back to the LFS and have gone back to a community tank.
I know it's only a small tank (hoping to go up a fair bit in size when I have moved!), but I have put some plants in and a few fish.

I'm here for the reading for now, but if anyone has any tips, I'd be happy to take them on board.

In my new setup I have:

3 Rams (1m 2f)
2 Otocinclus
2 Harlequin Rasbora (all that is left from the original set up as I lent them to a friends to look after)
5 Rasbora Espei
5 Cardinal

The tank is planted with cuttings bought from LFS. I have a pea gravel substrate.
I am looking for tips on how to maximise the planting in my tank. (CO2? ferts?)
I have one piece of bogwood that reminds me of a dragon. I also have some slate in the tank.

Here's some photos - I've got a full tank shot, but haven't uploaded it yet.
