Tina's Twin Bommies

He's not paid yet Big C, we are not sure how many its splitting between and I need to get it weighed for postage.

Credit card is suffering  (and this time its mine, not Andrews)

It is certainly looking like a gap has been filled. Guess where my bit is going??

There is just something about the look of it. Polyps are starting to come out now too, there is a swelling along the branches.

It is stunning, I am drooling severely.

I won't be getting attached, not the price Bud

Buddy pointed out my last comment sounded like I was in another forums Live chat late at night.

Therefore I thought I ought to show you what has got me drooling so.

Just curious Tina how much did you pay for the Trikentrion flabelliforme? I remember seeing a few in a fish shop in birmingham last year time and they was selling themat about £25-30 a go, i was really tempted to get one but the shop keepers didnt knowmuch about them so I decided I wouldnt impulse buy so never did get it. regret not havng done so now after seeing how nice it looks n your tank! :(

Your reet Big C, cannot remove in air, came without any air in the bag and need to split it under water. :good:

Told to use scissors or a sharp knife by the seller who has alredy fragged some.

What way you gonna package it then, in a bottle (No Air)

It came in 4 bags, but to be honest, a bottle may be easier.

Am open to suggestions.

Was going to try to do the bags how he did.

Luckily, there will only be Buds that needs posting, if its split with anyone else, they are close to me.

What would be ideal is the Postal specimen Pods, they are designed to hold bacterial cultures and be dropped without leaking. Would be perfect.

Other wise, I can do it similar to how ReefStock do and use some polystyrene to keep it away from the tied end.

Whichever way, It will be done.

It is a large specimen, 12" Tall and 8" wide at the widest point. Cost of £60, hence splitting it between three of us.

I get the daunting job with help from good old Buddyboy.

For posting long distance big yin's bottle method is probably the easiest..if it fits easily into the neck ok,lol...lucozade bottles with the wider necks do a good job...wrap polythene around the cap then and attach firmly with rubber bands to finish it off and voila !!!

can even push the cut end into a disc of polystyrene cut to fit the top tightly and insert it upside down into the bottle to be extra sure if required
