How many days has it been since you started the fish-in cycle?
I would venture to guess, that you should start to see a NitrIte reading withing a week.

You should be fine.
Most of the fish you have, if not all, are born and raised domestically, and have lived in different water requirements then where they are from.
Just focus on your fish-in cycle for now.
When that completes, then we can take a closer look at your fish and water requirements.
