I seperated my Mollys months ago, and ive had four batches since!! Normally for me, waer changes, or just topping up with cold water sets them off - it mimicks when it rains which is when they usually give birth - I found 30+ fry 3 days ago! Hopefully she is done now *fingers crossed* Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, it is only the powerhead - not the full filter, but isnt the desired powerhead for particular filter... Its a fairly established tank, at 140l and community tropicals - have already started the water changes, will carry on and see how it goes Thanks x

I know generally they can be nippy, but ive had 8 for nearly a year, and becaude of the shoal size, they only scrap with each other and leave the rest of the community alone. On other barbs, Odessa's are pretty cool too!
