Yah My Albinos Have Spawned!

hi could somebody tell me what do they do to put the eggs on the glass or ornament? what does it look like? is the female the one on the straight bottom part of the "T"?

i have no idea how to sex my peppers, some are smaller...but maybe they are just younger, some are really dark in colour some look like they are faded...i've heard one with tall dorsel fin are female and smaller dorsel is male?? is that right.
I have 2x tanks of 6 in each and no spawning whatso ever. i surely cant have 12 female?

Well after a few months off, the albino's have started again , i have around 25-30 fry growing well around a week old now, mixture of albino & bronze fry.

Will try to get a pic soon, the fry like resting on some bogwood, but this doesn't make a easy picture

The wee fry are doing well, no apparent losses so far, touch wood :good:

They're around 2 weeks old now :)

not fair :( *sulk* :p

Mine have had a bit of a chase tonight but nothing more. One of my bronzes has started chasing round with a peppered ... I think it's confused.com

 - It wouldn't surprise me if your corys are hiding eggs in your plants - or the livebearers are munching,,,

Best go & check my wee fry, they're still hatching out

I wouldn't be surprised either. I've noticed the same thing over and over - they start chasing round and circling and then always head for the back left corner of the tank. The plants are quite dense there and I've also noticed my platies hanging around that corner on an evening.

I'm now paying attention to that corner of the tank and watching to see if any eggs are being layed. It would be handy if it was on a leaf cos I could then just break the leaf off and put it in my spare tank that I've set up

Most of the eggs hatched (around 30) ,i put them in with the older fry 2 days ago, just hoping they don't get munched, don't have the room to keep them separate...

On inspecting them they quite a few wrigglers visable :)

Feeding time for the cory fry ... around 3 weeks old now :) camera video not picking up the 3 day old fry yet

This was a few days ago
