So leads to more mystery as to why the glowlight spawns failed each time

I suppose it's something on the parent side, perhaps infertile eggs(?)

That's the leading theory, something up with the adult fish.

Statistically, i should have had more results with hundreds of eggs from the tetras than results with just 3 cory eggs

Definitely that. Maybe try getting more specimens and try again with them?

I currently have 11 of them. Buying more would defeat the purpose of breeding for more in the end. I had 12 but one randomly died the other day so even now I'm watching them close in case there's a reason.
