Hi Kheng Hock, has been a while never see you here, I was wondering where were you...
Welcome back ya, it is happy to see your reply this morning.
Yeah the twigs I just got it from road side and it was dried properly by the road side. As you know the sun light we get here is strong as no where else. Haa... I wish to see some update for your tank too, especially the big one and if not mistaken you have bought a new tank too ya. Post some pics to share ya...
Thank you for the advice for the background, I wanted to have a blck background and what I could think of is the paper from stationery shop, I do not know there is one could get from LFS. Luckily you told me... BTW, how much does the background cost?
Haaa.... the drift wood and riccia, I am a bit confused and skeptical about this part as I am not too convinced that it looks nice. It reminds me of a jade in Buddha's palm. Haa...
Can't wait to see your tank, so pls don't let us wait too long ya.
Hello..
I've been (still am) busy with assignments, tests, a thesis and also a recent arrival at our home - a jack russell terrier pup. Hence the lack of time to post in the forum. *bows in apology*
The black background I bought it for RM 10 for the size of 48" x 18". I guess if you were to buy, it's should be cheaper than that.
I've done some major addition to my tanks; added two 4 feet tanks, one for oddballs and the other as a planted tank.
The other 2 29Gal tanks are now housing crayfish and feeder fish lol. The 10Gal as I've posted somewhere is now rather bare, with my gf now in charge of it.
I haven't had the time to seriously aquascape the new 4 feet planted. Perhaps when my schedule allows, I'll seriously look into it. Right now it just has two bogwood, very little glosso, some riccia and a windelov java fern. Very simple. I'll try to take some pictures and post it soon.
In the mean time, keep up the good work.
Here's Milo, the jack russell pup
