Anyone Want To Rant? About Anything? I Do.

I'm with Lloyds TSB, and every other time I go in there, they try to give me a credit card or get me to have a meeting with the manager to check I'm using the right kind of account. There aren't enough hours in the day as it is, I don't have time for a meeting with your manager. I don't care what type of account I'm using to be honest, I just want somewhere to put my money. If I wanted a credit card, or a loan, or a mortgage, I'd ask for one.

Stupid, idiotic, clueless, dumb, pathetic, useless people that stick me on the wrong college course. The right course but the wrong times. I was supposed to go in today from 1pm-9pm, they put me on one that starts at 5pm-9pm, sounds better but I have to make up the rest of the hours at the weekend. Unless they change it I cannot do it this year, again. That will be two years I've missed because of foolish admin staff and £890 lighter in my pocket this year.
I have a family to look after, I cannot be away at the weekend along with a Monday all evening.

I'm fuming. I'm sure that vein in my neck and temple are bouncing 3 inches out of me!!!!!!

The stupid woman who wrote this #41#### powerpoint presentation. The actual lectures she gave were crap, the handouts she had created didn't match up to the presentation she did which made it very difficult to follow, so she said she'd mail the presentation out instead, and quite frankly, I wish she hadn't bothered! There's stuff in there which isn't in the course material, she jumps from one chapter to another and back again with no apparent pattern, some of the pages are replicated but with different headings... I'm more confused now than when I started! And apparently she has a doctorate...! clearly her doctorate means she is very good at retaining information but useless at passing it on in any useful form to anyone else. I feel for her tutor group. Stupid woman

Rant for the day: Idiots.

Just after a phone call from the police. Unsure as to how they got my number, I forgot to ask. This fool has made threats to his G.P that he's going to kill me, bit strange I know but its not like I haven't heard the same rubbish spout from his mouth on a monthly basis. Since he said it to his G.P it seems the police have to do something about it. They've arrested him and he's currently in the cells. I know this sounds crazy but I feel sorry for the fella, he seems OK to most but he has a severe mental condition amd compulsive liar. He is no harm really and to be honest, I don't know why he threatens me and/or swears at me constantly and time he sees me.
This as I said is nothing new but I know his wife and himself are trying to get custody of their children again and now it would seem he's messed it up.
I've said I want nothing to do with it to the police and have even said to the person that I would fight him if that put an end to it (I'm not a fighter by the way and I detest bravado) but it seems they are taking it to court.
His wife is a lovely woman, I just feel guilty for them all. I know ove done nothing wrong and never reported it to the police in the past so I've nothing to feel guilty for, I just cannot help it.

That's such a shame because it's not even like you can do anything about it. I take it they're taking him to court over making death threats? Daft really, when what he needs is help. Perhaps the court will be wise enough to see that.

Why do people insist on quoting images when they reply to someone? Fair enough if they're referencing the picture but there's no need to use all 3 or 5 or however many there are, it's just annoying for people like myself and others that have terrible internet connections.

Another annoying thing is where people quote entire conversations when there is no need, it just means more painful loading time.

That's my rant for today.

Cazzie he needs a boot up the backside. I do have empathy for those that suffer with mental illness, I just don't know when its his mental illness and when its him "playing on it" like his wife said he does.

Although Micko, maybe it is a good thing that the police have him in custody...I don't know that he should get his kids back if he has an uncontrolled mental illness. I mean, swearing at people and uttering death threats is not what I would consider to be dad of the year material if you know what I mean.

My rant of the day is being sick inside all week while the weather has been great and now that I feel better and have to leave the house, it's cold and raining! Boooo!

People that can't drive really tick me off. I mean, what do people think the stripy white lines in the middle of the road mean? Is it A) please use me as a second lane, B) this is a good place for pedestrians to stand and talk to their friends who are stuck in traffic, or C) GET OUT OF HERE!! And another thing, when I'm trying to get out of my road onto the roundabout and you see me waiting, why would you then drive into the KEEP CLEAR box and trap me in? Also, would it kill you to indicate once in a while?! Jeeeez...

Has a driver who pays road tax,why do cyclists have their own boxes at the front of traffic lights and their own cycle lanes etc etc and pay nowt for their use...also why can a horse deposit faeces by the cart load whether on path or road & leaves it,yet if your dog does it the owner gets fined...

Why do Tesco's have a small tin of corned beef that was 99p last week,has suddenly shot up to £2.49 this week as it has 70% extra free and clearly states on the tin you're getting 370g for the price of 200g!!...

Why after speaking to EDF a few weeks ago to say the electric prices were staying the same until next year,only to receive a letter yesterday to say price increase this november ...

because it is an offence to leave a horse unattended for any reason, which is why, if you need a pee//poo whilst driving a carriage youre allowed to go to the toilet on the side of the road (not that youre ever on a carriage drive for any legth of time that warrants that high a need!

there is also less of a health hazard because of the diet of a horse which contains no meat etc, whereas a dogs diet is full of meat etc and is therefore a health hazard because of the bacteria.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying.

As far as "warm" weather, my idea of warm is probably wayyyy different than yours as I live in the great white north lol...so at this time of year, 15C seems almost like summer again but now the temp has dropped down to about 10C and goes down to freezing overnight. I really shouldn't rant about it raining today I guess because in no time we will have snow and -25C and worse, which is a pretty typical temp for winter in central Canada!
