If you only have two i'd get more at least a group of five to six. This maybe the reason they are not eating. Try them on live bloodworms that should also help. They will eat alge waffers but mix it up with food as much as you can.

Sometimes when you only have two males one will be dominent over the other. This could also be the problem. Getting more would help i'm sure.

Hi there. When they are ready to breed it will just happen. So if you think they look near to spawning you'll need to take them out and put in a tank on their own. They are egg scatterers.

Hard one to call and some great choices on here. But if i'm being pushed for an answer it must be the Congo tetra for me too.

Yes your right with wild fish thing. I used to get fed up with everything being put down as wild caught with the Malawis. Seemed to put the prices up quite abit without being able to proove it when asked lol.

Melafix is very good it did the job for my C. Julii. Just keep an eye on them it may take awhile for him to get back to normal. But as long as he is feeding thats the main thing to watch for.
