Got Two Of These Today.

Cute cories,have you got a pic? :)

Do they look like mine?(in my sig),they could well be trilineatus, which they usually sell has julli, same happened to me.fab cories!

Apparently julli are very hard to get hold of,so it will be interesting to see a pic :good:

Ill try to get pics soon. I guess they sorta look like the ones in your sig, but not to sure :/ There is a biger one and a small one. The small one is pretty crazy, lol, always on the move  The big one just sits around all day, he moves around a bit whenever the betta comes to investigate, but mostly is very lazy.

I do have a question, though.

What should I feed them? I tried Putting some flakes in and sank them, but they ignored them. I have also tried some sinking frog pellets (I used to have a pair of African dwarf frogs, but they long gone now) should I get some algae wafers?

I use tetra prima granules and mini pellets amongst other foods, the mini pellets are good has they sink straight to the bottom for the cories :)

i'v tried sinking pellets, but they just wont eat

If you only have two i'd get more at least a group of five to six. This maybe the reason they are not eating. Try them on live bloodworms that should also help. They will eat alge waffers but mix it up with food as much as you can.

corys in my experience can be funny eaters, they just seem to swim straight past it! try adding the food for the corys after lights out and it will be gone by morning. they are not like other fish that seem to dash straight for the food as soon as it is placed in the tank. my corys eat prima, tabimin, algae wafers, frozen bloodworm, frozen daphnia, peas.
