Why do you want such a big tank? I mean I want a huge tank too but why wouldn't a 100-200 gal tank work?

If you measurements are correct then it is around 345 liter tank. If it is then you would be fine with a pair of jds and even a couple others. But I would not add in oscar, they are puppies compared to the jds, at any size they wouldn't last long. And if you get a pair and they decide to breed...

Do you have a hob filter? If so you can run the tube to the impeller and it will dissolve it. Also a lot of your co2 is leaking out of the air line, silicone air line will lose a lot less.

The footprint is what really matters with these fish, I would say 12-15 fish would be a normal stocking. You could put more but it really depends on species and M : F ratios. I have never had any luck with over stocking.
