Hi, i've also just found pleco fry but we only found 7 (so far) there 20mm long in my tank i have a shark 3 platys 2 died 1 pair of gouramis and 1 female and a lot of tetras would any of these fish eat them :D :D

In my tank i've got 10 cradinal tetras, 10 neon tetras, 1 red tailed black shark, a pair of rainbow gourami (m/f), two catfish(m/f), 5 platys, 5 silver tip tetras and 5 x-ray fish and the odd snail :fish:

does anyone have any tips for keeping plants down in the gravel cuz it keeps comin lose :fish: ????

i don't have one yet but i'm working on it

i'm not sure i've got gouramis and silver tip tetras but i think they are dwarf

i have scracthes on the inside of my family tank but likewise you can only see them in really good light (the light on) so i usually leave the light off it also means there is less algae

ok i sorry i can't help cuz i got a red tail and gouramis and there fine the only other thing i could say would be to make sure the shark well fed

i don't have any rainbow fish but it sounds like you've got more than 1 male and the two that are being attacked has just become mature or they are females beacause my silver tip tetra male chased the other silver tips

where do u talk about tetras and if there isn't anywhere i think it would be good to have a place to talk about them epecially as they are the most common tropical fish tank fish just a thought

i thought about that i was thinking i'd take the suicide squad of the first tank and then into mine the suicde squad was the silver tips and x-ray fish

All of the fish are still young and small I'm getting a tank for my room smaller, the one 4 ft one is in the dining room and has the family fish the red tail is mine, the catfishare my mum's (i'm 13)

the tank is 48in x 15in x 12in

k i'll try get a pic thanks for the advice the plecs help clean the sides but no the tank floor also the neon has gone back to swimming normally at the moment so i'll try to get a pic if it returns

the catfish are bristlenose plecos and the tanks about 4ft no fish dead even the suicide squad survived

1st algae and lots of it and we don't know how to get rid of it it's also a really dark green 2nd one of my neons got very large around the stomach area (i think) and kept floating to the top( it tried swimming down continuosly but getting tired out)
