I know if I didn't vacuum then the bottom of my tank would get pretty mucky Its unlikely that you are going to remove so much bacteria it would affect the Nitrogen Cycle.

Don't worry - You can easily fit that many fish in a 30G - as long as you take all the water out. is that serious - 100 fish in one tank. Maybe you put the tank size in wrong?

Taking all these fish back has surely got you some store credit - Which can't be bad :lol:
