Severums are your best bet. Convicts can sometimes be to aggressive for the oscar but it shouldn't be a problem, depending on size and temperament. How big are the oscars?

I would forget the frog as they like to be in groups and theres to much competition for food.

Yep the water parameters are fine, hes eating like an oscar Lol, and he's very healthy. I thought it was submission at first but hes going up to them and doing it, I think its really freaking my convicts out because they seem to back down.

What are your water parameters and tank size? If they are digging then it could be a sign that their getting ready to breed however most male blood parrots are infertile.

I wouldn't really put them danios in an 80 litre. I would exchange the danios for neons or cardinals or some rasboras.

When you've got cichlids especially an oscar, its hard to just give one cube. I have to do 2 or 3 to make sure every fish gets a bit.

Is this normal Oscar behavior - my Oscar named Mint, goes up to my convicts and turns on his side and flares, is this normal or some kind of scaring tactic. I tried to get a pic but he just blends into the back of the tank. Why does he turn on his side? He's completely horizontal. Any ideas?

I personally wouldn't do it. The only thing I could think of that could possible be with red bellies is a big common pleco. I've seen to many horror stories with oscars and piranhas, just look on youtube .

Have you just disregarded everything that everyone told you in your last thread? You said you 'need' a catfish, dont get a fish to do the work for you. I would leave your stocking as is and start doing some heavy water changes and test your water. Also danios tend to nip bettas so keep an eye out.

Whats your water parameters? It could of been an internal parasite which was causing it to bloat, now its died because of it.

Tiger Barbs really need to be in groups of 10 or more to not bother tank mates, but most of the time they still will, Cories don't spend all day hiding so it doesn't matter about the hiding spots.
