Ok one of my new cories is having major difficulties swimming and keeping upright. When she swims along she lists to the side and ends up dropping down to the bottom of the tank. Tank is a 50 gallon with 5 Copper Rasboras, 3 Khulie loaches, 2 Sparkling Gouramis, 2 Albino Cories and 2 Corydoras...

I say go for some Harlequin Rasboras. They are hardy and much more attractive looking than most danios in my opinion. They are good schoolers and very active!!

I've got some Copper Rasboras which look like the third picture but with a bigger black triangle. They are listed as Harlequins in my LFS and strangely the true Harlequins are listed as Gold Harlequins in the LFS. Tis all very bizarre.

I think channel cats can get to be a couple of foot long. Probably too big for anything other than a 10,000 gallon tank!

I only used a very small amount of disinfectant designed for aquariums and then rinsed out thoroughly and then scrubbed it with warm water and sponge. I was very careful not to use anything or leave traces that might be harmful to the fish. Thanks for replying.
