What are you doing today?

Hm. You could try it. Sounds like @I Like Rare Fish uses it too... Me personally I wouldnt but I suppose so. Seems like multiple have success.

I do agree but I wasn't going to say anything.
At the end of the day its on his conscious if he kills a fish and won't eat it or at least knows someone who will.
If worst came to worst I could always give it to my neighbor.

your version of vegan isn't healthy for the fish :)

so why not go vegetarian instead of vegan?
you get dairy and eggs then, they are both healthy for you, unless your lactose intolerant.
It's highly debatable wether eggs and dairy are healthful.
I play it on the safe side and abstain from both.
I don't really see the plus in being vegetarian rather than vegan.

Peanut butter is great for you, but it doesn’t have 92% more protein than eggs. A reason I don’t eat a lot of it is that it has 200 calories per 2 tbsp, and as someone that counts every calorie, 200 is too much.
Peanut butter has saturated and trans fats, and those raise blood cholesterol more than cholesterol, which is found in egg whites. Not that I should be worrying about cholesterol.

I don't believe natural peanut butter without additives has trans fats. No added sugars or oils. I go through a jar about every 5 or 6 days. I like it on caramel or chocolate flavored rice cakes. Lots of protein and B vitamins and I heard it can aid depression. I eat Teddie brand natural smooth peanut butter. I had a peanut butter and strawberry preserves on wheat toast today.

I'm sure they would. He goes fishing every week and I'm good friends with him. He would take it in a heartbeat
That's good. Just be careful when fishing, especially sense you do catch and release. My dad and myself know never to use bait unless we plan on keeping the fish. Once he learned that he stopped using baits for when we do catch and release.

Actually there is a ton of fat found in peanut butter. And fat can raise cholesterol from what I've heard.
Peanuts are not the healthiest way to get protein. Instead chicken, eggs, almonds, and beans are all great and fairly healthy choices

It’s also highly inflammatory, peanuts aren’t very healthy

Peanut oil is unsaturated and is fine for people. It does not affect cholesterol levels.

Trans fats are usually formed when food is cooked at high temperatures. Peanuts used in peanut butter, are not normally cooked at high temperatures.

Eggs have saturated fat but it isn't a lot and the nutritional value of the egg significantly outweighs the small amount of fat. Animals (including people), birds and reptiles have been eating bird eggs for millions of years. We probably ate reptile eggs too at some stage in our past. Eggs are highly nutritious, reasonably cheap, and easy to get.

In a varied diet, both are fine to eat unless your allergic to them.

hmm this is what I found online
Peanut butter has 92% more protein than egg - egg has 12.6g of protein per 100 grams and peanut butter has 24.1g of protein.
If you search google for that you can find multiple websites that say that.
