Today.....fingers and toes crossed....the mat should be here (meant to be here yesterday). Then I can finally get the 27 gallon sorted out and actually tidy my flat up.....currently got boxes and all manner of stuff in every room...I hate mess...my flat is too small for mess....and it looks like a bomb has dropped in it.

Please Mr Postie....BRING ME MY MAT!!!!!

I be totally knackered now

27 gallon is up and running....Fred will be moving in there tomorrow morning after I have done the now weekly (autumn winter schedule) water change on the 53 gallon.

I am not...repeat NOT ever going to put together another aquarium....NEVER!!!!

Our post was delivered today - an item from an Amazon market place seller which was due next week, and a letter for next door, with their address on it. Must take that round......

Oh yes.....postie arrived at 10.30 this morning with it

Got stuck right into getting the 27 gallon done and finally sat down about 20 minutes ago.

Put all the rubbish into the wheelies for collection next Thursday and filled 5 out of the 6 recycling boxes with empty water bottles that will be collected a week on Thursday....I still have one box for tomorrow's empties from the water change on the 53 gallon

Nope......lugging aquariums out of their boxes, building stands, dealing with misbehaving bags of sand.......then filling it from bottles....nope....2 aquariums are all I am having.

I used to have 5 x 60 litre aquariums

Those 5 condensed into the 200 litre

Then I got a 30 litre for Fred, which as of today is upgraded to 105 litres

The 5 x 60 litre were rehomed and the 30 litre will disposed of once Fred moves out tomorrow

Went out to pick up something from Walmart with my dad and then he wanted to go to a video game store and get tetris for our original NES system...
We asked if they had it in the back and they did so they got it. Look what it says on the cover
I normally don't laugh at stuff like this but I find it extremely ironic
