just ordered some assassin snails and some MTS for my tank. should be fun. will they eat each other? i want some shrimp too, will they be safe?

Yes, the assassins will drag your MTS into the darkest crater in your tank, at night. The next day, only the shells will be found.

not really too bothered about the MTS cuz they was cheap as chips and i brought them as part of the "clean up crew" along with the shrimp(im yet to pick up) at least the assassins wont go hungry!

Check this madness out.. I did a fry check.. My blonde guppy had fry earlier this week, I has two survivors.. So I has a a spotted tail fixing to pop, I scooped her up and got her in the breeder box..

I scooped her up without issue..

Really though, it's all in good fun. This thread has made me laugh more than once & to be honest, it's the first thread I check every day.

I do see your point though this site is great for some serious talk & knowledge, but a single lighthearted thread doesn't hurt it actually helps in my humble opinion.

HEY LOVELIES!!!

I jus got me self a Rena XP3 for $60 used!!! Whoohoo! Now I'm waiting for 3pm when the lights come on to do a 50% water change & hook this badboy up! The only problem is the assclown that sold it to me didn't include the water flow adjustment valve, the suction cups to hold it in place, and the tubes are quite grimey. The media is still in it with some of his 90 gallon tank water so the good bacs should still do their thing I'm hopin'.

Then I'll more the Penguin 200 to my 20 gallon sand since it's Penguin 100 crapped out last night.

Perfect timing rarely happens in fishkeeping..................

Ok Lovelies - I have about a gazillion things to do today (and here I am on TFF ) but for some reason I decided that I HAD to do some major maintenance on my tank today...priorities are all messed up! So yeah it took me longer than I thought to get the tank all sorted but it's looking all shiny and perty now. Still have the whole house to clean and laundry to do before my mammy gets here tomorrow! So excited! She hasn't come to the UK since I got married 5 years ago (I always go back to the states instead) so we've got a week of funtimes planned

Sooo glad hubby isn't averse to picking up a broom because I'm gonna need the help!!! Anyone who see's me on here today is to tell me off, deal??

Hey Lovelies!
I did a little clean-up on the fish tank and changed 1.5L water. I also rearranged some plants and put some of my ceratopteris in the Willow Moss bush, hope it sticks to it, as I hate it when it keeps drifting around the surface of the tank.

And saw my fern's new leaves, they have grown! And another leaf is also getting roots at the tip like this older one.

St Louis is in Missouri in the middle of the USA!!

Rugby is the game Americans couldn't play, so they invented American Football instead.

I can't play football......I'm more of a soccer player myself
