Tail Rot Treatment?

I have a male betta with tail rot, what treatment/medicines works best to stop and help regrowth?

I used Pimafix and Melafix when my Betta had finrot. Only use half the recommended dose as Bettas are quite sensitive fish. Use this treatment for 7 days and then do a water change, hopefully this will clear it up.

This poor little guy has always had a weak immune system- I've always done very frequent water changes and began to try treating with just aquarium salt but nothing seems to help yet Hopefully this will work!
