yeah but that took me 23000 posts, other people have gotten it at 15000 since then.

For the OP, the titles appear when you have done a certain number of posts. I'm not sure on the actual numbers you need for each title but it is done automatically by the software.

That's because fish guru is a recent addition, and you were well past 15000 posts when it was brought in.
