Went to the lfs...

Came away with nothing! :(

On the upside though I have purchased a tiger lotus from bae. :D no idea where I am going to put it though. Lol.

Just finished adding moss to the top branch so its a bit further on now too.

Bronze corys have laid a few eggs again, on an anubias leaf this time. So may take it off and stick it in the shrimp tank. ??

Considering it was called a jungle scape earlier on in the thread, its suprising how more empty it looks each day when you get used to it!

Updated pics?

Will get you one later one when it's a bit darker. :good:

Was expecting to come home to most of the moss floating around the tank, but seems all in tact. :) Unsure what to add next. Would like a few more Crypts to grow in around the back of the wood etc... guess i should just be patient though. lol.

You'll have to make do with some phone to facebook pictures for now. Will try and get some better ones over the weekend.

Over the last few days the plants have really taken off. Everything is looking more filled out now and some of the stems are now touching the surface. Assuming i need trim some off the bottom and not just leave them to bend over the surface? Got another small piece of Anubias Nana on some bogwood to add back in and a few pieces of Vallis too from another tank.

Upped the dosing of the 'Green Low' fertiliser to about 5.5ml a day which is effectively overdosing by about 110%, but the plants seem to be getting the benefit, especially now there is alot of plant mass.

Still considering any extra stocking... May just settle for another 2-4 Harlequin Rasbora's and leave it at that. 2 Spot is getting increasingly grumpy of late, especially after his little snail snack. Unsure if he is missing the sparring matches he used to have with the Thomasi, but his colour has changed and seems very grey alot of the time. :/ Unsure what this means so if anyone knows i would be greatful for a bit of guidance.

Finally stopped being lazy and got some pics up :D :kana:

Thanks. Not sure what i am expecting of it really. Only been in a week but seems the same as when i added it.

Looking really great David. Don't be afraid to up the ferts as required. More plant mass = more ferts needed. :good:
