That's a direct violation of the law to threaten someone. And disrupting the peace through drunken howls is disorderly conduct I think.I wish that would work with my neighbor, who likes to get drunk and howl like a wounded wolf. He accused me of killing his dog (sorry, but I rescue dogs, not kill them) and he's threatened to kill not only my dog but me too. He has loaded guns in his house so I just try not to provoke him.
So even with video evidence, they still refuse to arrest? That's really odd... that's dangerous, they're not doing their job. I guess police force varies from area to area. You guys should start a petition! Community safety depends on it! D:You'd think so, wouldn't you? He's well known at the PD here as a drunk, but for some reason they refuse to arrest him. Even after making the terroristic threats he didn't land in jail, which seems to make him feel invincible. The widowed lady on the other side of him is terrified of him.
Would you be prepared to pay a high license fee for that to happen?
