Anyone Want To Rant? About Anything? I Do.

Hubby's boxer shorts and socks on the floor. Why? WHY?! I even find them IN FRONT of the washing machine and hamper sometimes. :S

That's nothing.
My dad's socks are sometimes all over the bathroom floor. Not only do they stink, but they're all black and look like some kind of animals that came from the sewers.

Try being around my husbands socks who just got back from being in the field for TWO WEEKS. Alcohol wipe showers only.  I don't go near him unless he stays in the hot water till it runs out and our water heater is huge

Lol *turns belly up like a dead fish*

Thanks for the pictures. They look great.
The picture of the gecko is great. I'm unsure what type of gecko it is. I keep a leopard gecko but he's tame. The rule of geckos is that if it can climb walls etc it cannot be handled. You'd expect to pay over £50 for one of those gecko's pictured there, if not more. Gecko's will break their tails off if caught by the tail usually unless they're hand tame. Crested gecko's are usually always have no tail in pet shops, these are they exception to the no handling rule but will bounce off your hand quickly. Tails will grow back but they're never the same shape or style as before they dropped the tail.

Here's my gecko.

He's a great wee fella, he needs a wee girlfriend though so I plan on getting him one as there are a few nice morphs around for sale, I'm thinking of a black hole leo or a blizzard leo, banana would be good too. There are so many morphs to choose from.

That's just to let you know that you have to do the washing. He's helping you.

Please, I have to know, what exactly is it he's doing in this field? No shower for two weeks would be rough.

He's in the army. (I stalk you FF04) I can imagine he'd smell pretty bad after 2 weeks.

That third picture is just EPIC!
Such character with those eyes. X)) Looks like he's saying "'Sup, I'm really photogenic, huh?"
Wish I had a gecko. Closest I have to that is my newt (for which I feel sorry though because I cannot get a filter for her tank so I have to change her water daily).
I've had that newt probably longer than my hoplo or just as long (at least 9 years). I call her Fat One.

When my dad bought her, she didn't have a tail. Then she grew a long and beautiful tail.
She had a mate called Salami, but the tiny dude escaped out of my tank (for the second time) and I couldn't find him till it was too late. Found Salami dried up in mom's flower pot... on the balcony outside the house. o_O
Since then I have a lid on Fat One's tank. She has a rock where she can sit and some water but not much. She doesn't seem to like swimming as she acts just like my turtle when put into deep water: she tries to run away from it.

Thanks. The picture quality is poor, they were taken on my BlackBerry.

Never owned a newt before, they look great. Next reptile on the list apart from the female gecko is a blue tongued skink. I seen a pair for extremely cheap on a reptile group on Facebook that I'm a member of. Currently don't have a suitable vivarium and the seller wasn't keen on selling their current viv as they were looking to keep a red iggy in it.
Would love a few Ambanja chameleons. I do envy those who live in parts of the wild where these amazing creatures roam free. I'd prefer to look at them out of my window in their natural habitat rather than inside a vivarium.

If you think your BB's quality is poor, mine makes fuzzy images and adds too much light even when I reduce the light. In addition to an excess of lines over the picture. I prefer my Nokia for capturing natural colors and clearer (though not 100% clear) pictures.

Old pic of Fat One from 2005. I might take a new pic tomorrow since now it's night and she's sleeping behind her rock.

What I'd like as a pet... would be a Jackson Chameleon! Lol mini triceratops. But I'd need a mini forest in the house... Challenge accepted! Now if only they'd sell those chameleons around here...

Huge rant incoming:

Why is my dad complaining that I have zero experience in almost anything when he isn't willing to pay for my studies?
Nobody is going to hire me without a college or at the very least experience, but how is a noob like me going to gain experience when everyone wants people who already have experience?
Sure, I fix up PCs / handle virus removal / do clean-ups on pcs from distance, can manage databases... But I have no diploma to attest this and thus nobody will even bother to call me back after I leave my CV.
My final exams from high school are useless outside of Romania and inside are not so useful anyway, they're only useful for going to college but soon will be useless for that too.

I can't afford to go to college, but dad paid my step sister's high school AND college and got her a job too. -_- #!#^$@... Feeling neglected here...
Why does everyone tell me to get a job when I tried 3 times and every time it ended bad (especially for the boss(es)...)

I only say he is a soldier all over the forum. haha I'm proud :) Its terrible when he gets home, and its worse because he is always all happy about it...He gets to go driving and shooting tanks for two weeks.

Oh Geckos look like great pets! How cute! I have had a lizard before as a kid, but can't remember the species. It wasn't a large one. I like reptiles and rodents as pets. I have Russian dwarf hamster now. Pets that are contained in their homes msot of the time work for me

Wish I could put her in the big tank, but not only that she doesn't like deep water, she'd eat my fish...
