Your stand and canopy came out great! It looks like it was made by a real professional. I can't wait to see it all set up with the fish in it.

Do you plan to do any of your own breeding at some time in the future?

Well what I plan on doing is buying fish from Ryan for $5 and then selling them in a few months for $15-20 to LFS. As I make money I plan to get a few more 55g's so I can buy large amounts of Discus. I do plan on keeping some of the really nice Discus for future breeding but it takes around a year before there ready to spawn.

I plan to get the Discus on Sunday but if the hurricanes that have happily pointed their way towards Florida are still pouring rain and what not on Sunday I will probably hold off another week.

As pretty as it is I dont think it would be as exciting as watching Discus in the tank. The good thing about this hurricane is it will make more of Ryan's Discus spawn so I can get more. I really want some his Marlboro Reds if they spawn because they are probably my favorite.

I am not going to need to cycle it because I am getting cycled 2 sponge filters from Ryan when I get the fish and that will be enough for 14 Discus.

I am going to use a white background becuase it will help with the peppering on the Discus im getting. I will probably change it in the future but for now it will be white.
