Plus, the crazy Vader actually seems to like being 'held' up by the intake to the filter?!?!

I planted the vallis there to calm the flow more, so at least he is just being held by a plant, but I checked him before bed last night, and there he was, just looking at me! Happy!

Vaders new food has arrived:

The packet says feed 5-10 pellets three times daily - err, I think not! So fellow betta keepers who are familiar with these pellets, how many do you feed a day? I haven't yet opened the packet but they seem very small.

He has 3 blood worms one day, betta flakes for 2-3 days, then artemia and now I can add these into the mix, just to keep things interesting for him

Btw it cost me £3.59 but it will last ages, although the packet is smaller than I thought it would be....

Most only feed 2-3 pellets per betta per day.

these but sometimes you need to "train" them initially.  I tend to feed about 3 pellets at each meal, I feed once or twice a day.  TBH though I am now feeding my Bettas this moist pelleted food the majority of the time.  That is in-between live, frozen foods.

Gave Vader a water change today - his siphoned water into my container looked like he swims in tea!

The naughty fish has been biting his tail again the ungrateful betta!!
