Do you use an old fashioned hand mower like Donald Duck from the comics?Yes. As you push it, it rotates a large blade.

Yah, I use it when it's only a little damp or dry. We are looking at upgrading to an electric though sometime next yearDo you use an old fashioned hand mower like Donald Duck from the comics?
They don't do well on long grass or damp/ wet grass.
They work best on short grass in dry weather.
Get a battery operated lawn mower. They are readily available now and a lot cheaper than when they first appeared on the market.Yah, I use it when it's only a little damp or dry. We are looking at upgrading to an electric though sometime next year
Oh no, were NEVER getting a corded oneGet a battery operated lawn mower. They are readily available now and a lot cheaper than when they first appeared on the market.
Don't buy a lawn mower that has a cord and plugs into a power socket. They are cheap but dangerous.
We want to stay away from gas. The gas will get expensive, stinks up the garage, and it pollutes the earth... We figure electric will be bestor at least ask Daddy if he can buy a gas powered mower
then you can mow your neighbors' lawns and make some good money
Do what the councils do. Have a couple of electric (battery powered) mowers, whipper snippers and chainsaws, and a number of spare batteries. They mow and cut until the battery goes flat. Then put it on the charger in the vehicle and use a spare battery.or at least ask Daddy if he can buy a gas powered mower

an electric mower would probably only have power to mow your lawn in one charge
A gas mower would allow you to mow unlimited neighbors' lawns on the same day...just refill gas tank when it runs out
Oof, good luck. After my fun with the 125 gallon yesterday, I am looking forward to doing a whole lot of nothing. That being said I unfortunately need to do water changes on a couple tanks and clean up the spectacular mess I made yesterday...after some coffee and the ibuprofen kicks in.
