Our streets are mostly passable, finally, meaning we only got stuck once in the past week. I picked a heck of a year to have my truck in the shop the whole winter!

Cloud dandruff fell for all of 3 minutes here today...first dose of the winter so far.

It all melted within seconds.

Threatened with more tomorrow but I shall not be holding my breath on that.

I have a brand new curtain rod in a bathroom cupboard waiting for me to get brave enough.
On the bright side I fixed the rusted out floor meeting rocker panel on my 75 chevy pickup. Not perfect, my body shop said it's too late. chlorine remover contains salt and I used to keep a box of salt back in the cubby by the driver's side door, one of the 2 leaked and when I went to do door seal and pulled up the aluminum flashing I saw ground. So. most creative bodywork involving flex seal tape underneath to support the thick silicone curing, but I was able to put my new door seal in, put the aluminum floor panels over it to secure and it doesn't look bad. Shouldn't let water in either. I did not get anything else done yesterday, it was tricky

I had a bit of a scare a couple of water changes ago. I use an Aquaclear 50. After I completed the water change, I plugged it back in and nothing. At first I thought there was a problem with the outlet. But the heater was plugged into the same outlet and was working. I messed around with it a little bit. Which included taking the impeller out and clearing it off a bit. That did the trick and the filter started right back up when I plugged it back in

It is just barely starting to go away. We have about four feet in the yard. I spent hours this past weekend shoveling snow off the roof, because ice dams have formed and the house is leaking. I haven't seen snow like this since I was a little kid.

Dang... It's like spring/summer here already! It's like 70-80°F on the regular now... But every now and then it's 60°F
That's a lot of snow... Only wish we got some of that here
