4am Sunday morning I got up as usual but thinking today is going to be a nice, quiet, no fishy stuff to deal with sort of a day. All filters working perfectly, thinking about a first water change for Fred's new home.

Right

It is now just after 5.30am and I have done a water change on Fred's aquarium....sort of planned but maybe for later today. Finished the water change, made sure everything was tickety-boo with him......perfect.

Go get frothy coffee....

Larger of the two Turbo's in the 53 decided to go on fart mode.

Grumble grumble....."Oh well...here we go again"

Spent the next 45 minutes pulling the filter, swapping the cans over to one I repacked yesterday, putting it back into the aquarium....a couple of naughty words and a fart or two later and we are back to full filtration in the 53

YAY!

Can I have my frothy coffee now please?

Might just decide to go back to bed....

This evening the tech came out, and I got the leads reattached to my head, they wouldn’t stay on. I kept getting calls saying such and such one was unattached and to fix it but no matter how many times I fixed it it wouldn’t stay. They needed more glue. The heart ones wouldn’t either, and they have given me an allergic reaction that itches so bad. But yeah, this my new look

Finally got a frothy coffee and the second filter in the 53 decides to go into fart mode.....

Whoever says that fishkeeping is easy and not frustrating needs to be dragged outside, placed up against a wall and smacked several times around the face with a very wet lettuce....

....off to get yet another pair of nitriles on and attack the filter - fortunately when packing a spare can for the big filter, I also did the spare for the other one too.....whip it out, swap it, whip it back in and swear very loudly at it to behave or else....

Well, you can be a mummy for halloween, so you've got that going for you. Mummies are itchy too--that's why they're so grouchy.
Really praying that you get some definitive results, Juice. I know this stuff is no fun, and even less so when the doctors keep shrugging and saying, "Hm, guess there's nothing wrong." Hang in there and try to keep that smile on your face!
