My mom says the same thing... She questions how I can possibly fit that all in my stomach... And I really really really... Don't know LOL
Maybe stomach exercises?
I make it work somehow. I put my two hands together (that's supposedly how big your stomach is) and I question myself before eating it and then realize life is full of miracles
