My stomach is paralyzed, I can only eat small amounts each day because my stomach isn’t pushing food through, so it just sits in my stomach instead of going through and being digested. so I’m always full and eating is painful

Like in that tik tok video you shared, I would have never guessed you had any medical conditions.
Honestly I don't know how you are not super skinny though. You barely eat.

Why it’s called invisible disabilities, and dynamic disabilities never would have guessed that earlier that day I was in a wheelchair, or that I painted that with my legs paralyzed sitting on my floor

I was on meds for awhile, unfortunately those meds wear off after a few months, so I had to stop when it wasn’t helping anymore. I was going to try the other kind to help but I can’t because it will make one of my cardiac issues worse/dangerous. Right now trying to work on a diet to keep me healthy if that doesn’t work a feeding tube

Oh trust me... I know how to get my calories in. You have the Harris Teeter grocery store near you? If not they have a pizza section and their pieces of pizza are MASSIVE.
I'm talking 5-6 inches in width and 8-9 inches in length. I am legit looking at a ruler as I'm saying this. Now I can down 3-4 of those with a side salad no problem plus some wings.
My dad recently said I can only do two though at max
So I just have 3 more salads
