Lionfish are pretty special. But because they are very common in the aquarium trade, they are often overlooked.

I've seen them in the wild, beautiful!

They are so funny looking, the seattle aquarium has some and they are so fun to watch. They swim really awkwardly around and around, then stick to the glass and the rocks and just kinda sit... Like lumps. Their belly has a modified fin designed to suction to surfaces, it looks kind of like a pleco's mouth when stuck to the glass.
 
Oh my goodness! I've never seen or heard of lumpsuckers before; they are so cute! :wub:
