While looking through the ads on Aquarist Classified, I noticed someone was selling a 3yr old tig HERE

What I don't understand is the bit where the seller says he feeds his fish a "fuzzy rat once a week" - is this a slang term that I don't know about or is he serioulsy feeding his tig a rodent???
Have you (Cane or Mark) ever considered this?
I assume the rat isn't put in the tank alive?

Was just searching through old posts and thought I's resurrect this one as it had slipped down to page 3 on the Members Pics page and had two questions -

i) Cane, how's the tig doing now? Still healthy and growing rapidly, I assume

my tig is 8" now and doing great,i will do a update when i get some time
big catfish will happily wolf down rats and mice,i give the big rtc at work a big rat now and then(frozen)
im pretty sure the guy with the tig means dead rats but you never know

Ya i would of thought frozen aswell, there cheap and alot of pet stores sell them (for snakes).

fuzzy rat is a rat that is just starting to grow hair used to feed pinkie and fuzzy mice to my bearded dragons occasionally
