I found these bowls in various places. It makes me so sad to think that people coop their bettas up in these things. :(

"Neon Lights" Betta bowl... So small, and it seems like a betta would hate these lights constantly shining on him.

This one's too small, and it seems like the bettas would be VERY stressed being next to each other like that all the time.

This one is supposed to be a betta bowl and desk lamp.

Bettas are know to be able to survive in really small tanks...which is why all these people go and buy cheep $2 betta containers and say "this will be a great birthday present for little 5 year old jonny!" and put bettas in there.......then when the water hasn't been changed in a moth, theres an inch of water in it, parents decided to flush the poor naglected fish
So sad.....

we should report these people as well to the eBay reps! We already tore into another man over his creation!

i think we need to find the people who come up with these and shove them in a tiny little box for the rest of their lives

I like that idea

Hehe, put them in their own Betta bowls :p

It's tickled me,

Dan

LOL.. you guys are really getting into this. What should I add... Oh I know. And of course they'll have to live in their own waste all the time

I just went to my lfs and had a lil arguement with one of the workers. To add to my bad experience I walked back to check on the bettas and they had one of those desk lamp things in a box. Another thing is that about a week ago I went into this same lfs and could not believe my eyes when I saw this huge lit up wall that had little box's on the front, each holding a betta in it. These box's are smaller than beanie boxes, and once I got to looking I realized that almost half were lying on their side gasping for air!!!!! When I went back in today it was the same scene~ One poor little guy had white fuzz all over the top of his body along with big black spots. I was so pissed off I left immediately, I knew I would probably be thrown out if not!!  :/ :( I can think of a few more smilies I need right now, but I would surely be banned from the board!!!!!!!!!!

I think they are all very fashinable -- As a PLANTER!! What's wrong with these people? Today at petsmart they were selling these
oh, and just look at this page!?!?

as for the pic, it was the smallest one that they were selling! I liked the biggest.

I have either the middle one or the largest one, I can't really tell from the pic and the site didn't say. Mine is approx one gallon, and only holds a betta for a short amount of time. I also use it if I have a sick one that needs to be seperated to be treated. They had some bad ones on that site, but also some good ones. Although most of the time, what they recomended them for was a little off. Like the 3.5 gallon for goldfish. For a goldfish no, for a betta certainly.

Look at this one... I saw it on the page that Eva posted...  It's not much better than those pet store cups!!

Some of my boys have such larege finnage that they would touch end to end on that thing!!

Holy cow plop, they even have those stupid little tanks FOR HAMSTERS AND REPTILES(in the link above: http://www.pennplax.com/Pages/Aqua.pages..../Aqua26F.html).

I could see them being travel cages or something...maybe. And they have two hamsters in the picture, too

Now THATS the lowest of the low. Next we'll be seeing "hamsters in a cup"

Sorry, that was off topic.
