thank you all ive just gone and finaly sorted out my micro bubble problem by removeing the hood filter thingy and letting the water run striaght into the tank. I want to get some different types of macroalgae now to cover it up.... so if aynyone has any offcuttings of macro algae feel free to send me some

Be careful and go with a calcerous algae like Halimeda. Soft algaes like culerpa and chaeto WILL get sucked into the inlet and WILL gum up the pump if given enough time

hmmmm i think ill take a miss on that then but i am gonna try to get hold of some chaeto though to put in my hood filter. Also i have my spare 9 w pc from a fresh tank that can be mounted easily.

Hello to all the people. just thought id do a tiny update and post some pics of my hermit crab el guapo and el gordo (for those who havnt already seen in the invert section) .

right heres el gordo

and he has two thing on or in his shell that are weird but managed to get some pics of them
They seem to be some sorta worm thing

and this almost looks like a tiny feather duster

lol never thoght theyd grow on a hermit crab but then i spose it gets free transport to areas with lots of food and good flow as my herm's wobble about

Nope, the kind on the snail will stay very small

Wahey miniture update i bought a peppermint shrimp today to try to get rid of the 6 aiptasia i counted dotted around the tank before its to late. anyway heres some pics
