Actually the Carrier installer had colon cancer and his colon removed in november and wants to do the install by himself and i am concerned on both his ability and his warranty. He's not looking good. I have sympathy and I have common sense and they are having a war. Hoping bid number 3 is wonderful. In addition to having his own business he teaches HVAC at the community college. he was thorough, didn't insult me for adding a 2nd intake or question my ability to clean my own A coil. Question is can I afford him. He did install a system for a friend of mine.
