YESSS I used to be part of this friend group where allll the girls rushed to just get a word in, nobody could stop talking. I would sit there and listen and try to contribute to the conversation, but they would get bored of what i was saying and start talking about something else.
Sounds kind of like teaching elementary school!

Seriously, though, I hope all of you that feel this way keep your heads high. The world needs more quiet people.

My earrings looked cool on my fluoroscopy photos😂

You need to try and avoid exposure to x-rays
And that is why every time I fly, I opt to get the pat down instead of the x-ray scanner. TSA claims it "gives off less radiation than sending a text message", which is essentially just an excuse for them not to do their job.

This is probably how weapons get on planes. "No I will do the pat down"... Then someone shoots up a plane and crashes into a building like the white house

It might surprise you that in the years after 9/11 pilots and other flightdeck crew of commercial jets refused scanning or pat downs before boarding. They said it was against their human right to be disallowed to carry a weapon onboard for their self defense.

There was a huge outcry within the commercial aviation sector regarding the security checking of crew, they stated that they did not require checks being done as they would never endanger an aircraft.

However it was quickly overturned when various cases of pilot/copilot suicide were cited...such as EgyptAir 990 in 1990 that took off from JFK and the copilot nosedived his fully loaded B767 into the North Atlantic killing over 200 people after finding out that when he landed in Cairo he was to report to the airline management and get fired for inappropriate behaviour whilst staying in the crew hotel in New York.

Flightcrew and cabin crew literally thought that they should be exempt from all security checks prior to boarding...and it was long before 9/11.

Well yah... No one on a plane should carry any weapon besides maybe a taser for staff there... But no lethal weapons. If you think its "against human rights" to be searched for SAFTEY reasons before boarding, then dont ride a plane
