Proxo - 90L Journal

My 55g has been like that for last 2 year or more too .
I'm not happy with the right side of my tank, was thinking of moving the anubias nana.

1 placed under the java fern behind the cardinal and maybe the other small one placed behind the wood on the far right near the red platy?
The big leaf anubias could go to the end of the Alternanthera Rosaefolia and left side of the big coconut cave?

Then getting some of that plant you mentioned earlier to plant around the small rocks and smashed up coconut ect?

I ended up leaving the anubias nana on the wood but moving the wood to the left side of the coconut cave, so basicually the anubias nana is now in the middle of the 3 cardinal and the red plant (Alternanthera Rosaefolia)
at the back. with the small bit of wood sticking out where the red platy is.

Now i'm not sure if my money should go to some more plants or an external heater :hey:

Been offered a baby BN from somebody too, might grow that for my 55g and get a fancy small pleco for the 20g but that all depends what the girlfriend thinks

Will get some pictures up ASAP :good:

Alright here's the pictures, better or worse? Gotta try picture the Alternanthera Rosaefolia once it's grown back.
Not sure on the rock under the heater, might look alright with some 'grassy plants'.

Looks awesome!!
Thanks, amazing what abit of marmite can do uh? :fun:

Much better. Fill your tank up though. ;)
Fill it with more plants? :hyper: I can't fill it to the top with water as the top left leaks, should of really fixed that when i had the tank completely empty, that's on my do to list before the next scape :good:.
Might have to remove the full plastic top and re-seal it? sounds scary

Even with the water slightly lower, it still manages to give a nice white water mark right down the front of the glass
I'll fill it right up for you guys  just means the water marks will come a day early

The heater i could hide behind the alternanthera rosaefolia in the back left corner? I get a little worried with plants touching heaters, although many people do it without any problems.

Was thinking of some grassy plant to add to the front in and out of the small rocks, bits of coconut ect.
Really like Blyxa Japonica but think it'll get abit too big?

Not really experienced on the 'pairing signs' on fish, little help?

Most will know the female bullied the male and had to be removed, since putting her back in the tank after a few hours they settled and didn't bother each other at all really.
Lately if the male comes close to the female she'll go onto her side and do the 'twitching', sometimes he will strike though.
I've seen them once both kind of side ways doing a little circle, been busy so aint had time watch the tank alot either

Was really thinking about adding some oak leaves, could help the situation as they're wild caught?
Not a big fan of them though but if it'll help them pair, slowly removing the leaves should be okay too?
