Well if you're arranging it for the sealife center, then just meet in Brindley place. It's a big open square surrounded with office buildings. There's a Bank restaurant right next door, or about 1 minute walk away is broad street, with loads of restaurants and bars etc.

I cant make the 23rd of october as it is my GF's birthday weekend, for that matter neither can Chali as she is expected to be available for weekend drinking or Luce will murder her.

well..... em maybe you guys could like organise one up there... i think later in the year or next year i might organise for a few of use to travel to scotland by train(those who can) and meet you guys in scotland because it seems unfair your left out but you know its only because the most of ppl live down here and cannot get to scotland

I won't be able to make the 23rd Oct - I'm working that weekend and it's too short notice to ask for time off.

Also, I don't get paid until the following week, so I'll be penniless that day I'm afraid.

I have some holiday booked the first two weeks of november - then would be nice, but obviously you can't arrange just around me and Sir

You are the only person living in Scotland to reply. It would make no sense for everyone from the South of England to treck up there. I am saying thaty as a Scot and it would be better for me but it's just not practical. That's why we were trying to make it as central (of the people replying) as possible.

I think it would be better to do it when it's not half-term to be honest. Won't be as busy or as expensive and the travel will probably be cheaper.

I'll go whenever as long as I can get the train ticket and there's nothing else major on (and Franz Ferdinand are playing on a weekday ).

13th of november is fine by me at the moment. I run my own company so things can change on a daily basis, but as long as I've got good notice, then I should be able to arrange it so I'm free!!!

13th Nov sounds feasable - I shall have to ask Sir what date he goes back after the holiday. Otherwise it's fine with me.
