Looking great mate. The Bolivian is awesome!

My LTP plants are great too! Very impressed. :)

I know it's too late, but i am very impressed with my Green LOW fertiliser from ebay. They also do a Green HIGH fertiliser for tanks with co2. I believe it is EI also.

Here are my Copper Harlequins do yours look like this ?

i was wondering weather your rummys where funny characters ive have 10 now and there funny to watch :hey:
though one does not get the idea of shoaling and keeps going the rong way :hyper:

Tizer your tank looks beautiful! Did you use Argos Play Sand? I couldn't find it in any colour other than dark brown =\ so I got some lighter Marina sand I think. How did you wash yours? I've got this seemingly impossible task tomorrow as I upgrade my tank!!

Yeah tis Argos sand, i just emptied a bag in a bucket, filled it up with water then scooped it around and around several times then poured the cloudy water out on top. Did that about 6/7 times per bag. Good Luck! :)

Actually, i've not sat there watching the rummys for a while now, the clown loaches and bolivian rams are far more interesting to watch along with the little plecs darting around.

Did you get a lighter colour or is that just the typical beach colour? It looks so light in your tank!
I wish you could come round and sort my new tank out haha, I'm awful at aquascaping xx

Its just the colour it came in :D

Cant say i've really paid a lot of attention to scaping it, i've just chucked stuff in where it fits :D

The sand i used in my old tank looked brown in the bag. When i added it to the tank however it was white :D

I wonder if mine will be Super light then! I thought it might go darker in the water like everything else does but I suppose I'll wait and see!!

Dry ferts arrived yesterday from www.aquariumplantfood.co.uk, £25 including postage. Really well packaged and simple instructions to follow. I got home and mixed them up and since the micro/trace mix i did seemed to disolve in the water extremely quickly i started with a 75ml dose at 6pm. This morning i did a macro dose of 75ml.

I've got to dose each one 3 times a week, alternating, so thats roughly 450ml of ferts going in there every week. Previously i was dosing 40ml of TPN+ per week....thats quite a difference! Now to see if my crypts stop melting and the other plants pick up a little! :D

One things for sure, this is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying TPN+ and such, should have looked into it sooner.

I'll be following your dry ferts progress with interest.

I've recently swapped from TPN to TNC. It's considerably cheaper but dry ferts are even more so.
