just a little written update, my plants are pearling, already! lol i was very surprised, after only a day and a bit of lighting they are pearling like mad, im well chuffed,

its extremely satisfying creating your own little eco-system my mums got a few treats coming in the post apparently too, have no idea what it is, but it should be good

I always think that a tank full of pearling plants has a very healthy look about it. When you see your fish full of colour swimming in lemonade it just oozes vibrant health. I have read up on many aspects of this hobby, but I haven`t got a clue what treatments are for what disease, or what the symptoms are. This is simply because the ecosystems we create produce their own natural defences against disease, so I have never needed to know this kind of info (fingers crossed).
