Your tank looks good BTW, I'd bleach it, just make sure to rinse it really well and only use a weak solution. To be safe I'd also let it run for a day in heavily dechlorinated water, just to make sure all of the bleach is out.
 
TBH, I don't think that there would be a lot of remnants of the medication, maybe just wait a month or two until you add shrimp just to be sure?
