Its Alive

Well I hate to say it but my Clown Goby has joined the dark side... It's eating my milli. I want to keep him but I dont have another tank. Could I place that little fish in JBJ's 3 gallon pico tank?

Might be a little tight but then again, clown gobies are not exactly large or demanding of larger tanks :)

I lost all my 6 hard corals to the gobys. I have 2 and between them they picked them clean in 3 months :( So i would rehome either the hard coral or the fish. They just areent compatible in a small area with small frags.

Sorry about your clown goby LittleMe. But this is my plan: I'm going to bring the clown goby back to my lfs, they said they could give me a small frag in return and hopefully I will have healthier corals.

Just checked my water to
pH:8.0
Nirate:10
Nirite:0
Everything else normal
Phosphates a little high

I got a new coral today. Welcome the Acan!
During acc.

Please help guys!!!

Looks more like a Favia to me, not an Acanthastrea ;)

As for the SPS, anyway to get a more in-focus pic?

Some bad news... I got home today and found my cleaner shrimp mutilated and being eaten my the fish... This is the first loss I've been mad about. And I think the culprit is a gorilla crab that came on my tonga rock in the 4th month. It killed both my peppermint shrimp and the cleaner. Hopefully it can get the pistol shrimp too.( I wouldn't mind his death) I havent seen the crab but I have found his claw moltings. This things gonna get a fight.

I had a "killer crab" which also took out a couple of shrimps, right bugger to catch, tried bottle traps, for ages, luring it out a grabbing it with tweezers, but was only able to get it when I moved house and tore down the rockwork :/
