Female crowntail has finrot

It's the bacterial kind, I believe. It has red clots on the edges of her fins where it is rotting. This started yesterday, I added melafix but it seems worst today.

Here's what I have handy right now
Melafix
Aquarium Salt
Mehtylene Blue

is there anythging I could do with these or do I need something else?

you might want to try a salt bath. Keep it short in time. Bacteria hates salt.

I would also add some salt directly to the tank.
