Im glad the new growth is in a different colour to it will show better on pics hah took these pictures with the lights out

Hygrophila Guanensis

Green one is Cryptocoryne Nevellii Dark green / reddish one is Cryptocoryne Beckettii

This one is a bit of a mess sorry the main plant in the centre is Echinodorus Uruguayensis it spreads out more than i want it to tbh, some vellas in there and Cryptocoryne Beckettii at the bottom

the orange net was being held down by just sand, but i have pulled that up and made a frame for my next netting which is more better slightly bigger holes and is for ponds to stop birds getting to the fish looks better being its green and thinner so not as noticeable i used garden canes for the frame and buried them in the sand, added 4 more rocks to the middle so it doesn't look so barren there

okay picture time again

got my new lense today Macro £400 for my nikon 5000 so happy got learn how to get some nice quality pics now haha took a few to test not the greatest but i like anyway

as you can see my glass co2 stuff from hong kong finally arrived stuck two of them in and keeping a 3rd spare for future projects so i have 3 drop checkers in my tank to compare and see over the next few months will take the plastic on out first maybe in a weeks time then i shall take out one glass one when i am happy may keep both in not sure yet

but here are some close ups i got with the new lens

i dont know what the hair is coming from this anubias cant see it in normal eye but with the lens i can see it

OMG it is a sad sad Day for Zikofski, earlier this week i lost 2 torpedoes and today i have lost all my torpedoes but on the plus side they are the hardest fish to keep in fish keeping IMO , i wont be getting any more seeming its close to me getting rid of the tank and i shall concentrate on the plants at the moment.

on the plant front they are doing amazing, i keep getting algae still but its not as bad as last time im trimming the leafs as and when i see them, the vallis those i think they are dead, haha, a mix of algae, and the fish eating them is to much and they are not growing quick enough,

any way pictures still to come, my new plants are doing good pictures of them to come one i get the light one in a few hours time

i was a little shaky on the camera today sorry for some poor pictures

okay first of my Grass, it has grown taller but still getting there give it a month before it really starts to fan out and spread i reckon

one of my New plants its a bit more greener than i expected but i hope it gets more redder when i get my new lights

this is my new sword i got it is supposed to be a red variety so hopefully under its proper conditions it will sprout new leafs that are red and not green we shall see

LOOK this plant has grown above my wood now, and the ones still under the wood are bending them selfs towards the light its amazing what a plant will do for light

if you look in my sig or previous pics this plant was tiny so happy these are growing well interesting to see how tall it will grow maybe it will grow out of tank

poor fella he is doing his best

and this one is new popped up on saturday not sure where it come from as i didn't plant anything here maybe my Crypt's are propagating?

and my moss on the wood is growing bushier but not really attaching it self to the wood

and as you can see my crypts are still loving the new conditions and are growing rapidly

filling in nicely the plants are loving how this is looking so far, shame my amazon swords that i cut earlier last month have not grown back give it 2 more weeks i think if nothing grows i shall pull them up see if they are growing my guess they are dead

had to stick the legs on as i didn't know where to put them

Its like 100% more brighter and its a pure white light, rather than the yellowy T5 tubes amazing how different LED makes it look brings out the colour a lot more

i was worried about the blue lights only 4 but WOW i am impressed so much blue from just 4 LED's haha, amazing

and with the lights out in the room

Okay think that is all of them i had to use my phone for the pic's as i don't have my camera with me, il get better pics next weekend
