Ive been away for quite a while now but my fluval edge is up and running great! about to start another tank now and thinking breeding fish but would like some advice on something more challenging than liverbearers please?

getting a replacement tank on tuesday or wednesday but i thought id pull the broken glass off the damaged one! (top piece of glass) and put a few rocks and plants in!

Got a phone call today, the new tanks being posted on monday, and i got to keep the broken one! ive already pulled the top off and the sides are fine so ive got it up and running in the mean time :D

good advice! ;) I think ill go for 7 at first and see how they manage! then after a few months if possible ill think about a few more! :)

yea gonna ring a shop thats about 30 miles from me tomorrow! ill have to wait for parcel force and the company i bought off to sort everything out first so the pics may be a while :(

Right decided on CPD's. im thinking ten or this too many, ive been lookin at videos on youtube and every other edge seems to be heavily stocked in comparison to your suggestions of 7 or 8 shoaling fish! :)

So my tank arrived today, so i rushed home to get a look at it and get it set up to find that my new best friends at parcelforce cracked the top piece of glass! have to ring tomorrow to see about getting a new one sent out! :(

oh secondly! is it risky putting driftwood/rocks in the tank that havent been bought instore? in other words, bits and bobs that i could find at the coastline! :S

yea i used to have guppies and platies so im clued up on the sex! lol well once this tank arrives and its cycled my plan is to drive to the petshop and decide on either rasboras or endlers then! or maybe a mix! :S

how many endlers would you suggest, or would a mix of rasboras and endlers be more suitable? obviously i would have to go for all male endlers as i couldnt host fry!

yes but im sure the man who delivers your fish has a nice expensive heating system in the back of his van! ive got a clio with a blow heater! :L plus i live in northern ireland so it is alot harder to find a company who will deliver here!

yes i know P@H arent great stockists, but the nearest good shop would be a 30-45 minute drive! would the fish be okay for that length of time?

quite like the phoenix rasbora and the pearl danio!!! but to be honest i wouldnt be a big fan on the shrimp! only problem is im not sure my petshop would stock these! (pets at home).

Hello, ive just ordered a fluval edge and just looking for some opinions on what would be suitable to stock! i used to have a 30 gallon tank but this new tank is only 6 us gallons! what im thinking of stocking so far is 2 dwarf gourami, and im wondering what else would be suitbale? thanks :)
