Hi, Can anobody pls tell me if I need to remove Seachen Purigen from my filter when treating for parasites. The med says to remove carbon. Will purigen remove the med from the tanks? Thanks

Has anyone any ide what killed my corydorus? Yesterday I noticed what looked like a red spot on it's chest and it's stomach looked swollen. Today the spot has changed to an open wound - like a burn or a blister. There has been no flicking or any other signs of illnes. I took some pictures but...
