    Just Bought Some Cory Habrosus

Those are c. pygmaeus. I have kept and spawned them in the past and are very easy to keep and breed. Good luck with them!!! Here's a link to Planet Catfish profile of c. pygmaeus for your ID confirmation.... http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=283

    Spawning Difficulty.

All the dwarf corys (pygmaeus, habrosus and hastatus) are very easy to spawn and for the most part do not eat the eggs or fry.

More Eggs!whoopie! I Found Brown Eggs In My Panda Tank!

my only concern with that tank and all the breeding going on in there is with the dups and panda's crossing while going into their group spawning. those two species will easily cross, the gossei on the other hand should be fine in there though without any problems.

    Corydoras Adolfoi

they shouldn't be any harder to spawn then the others in your collection that you are spawning regularily.. I recommend going right back there and getting as many as you can.. they are a great fish and I am still looking for some on my end here without any luck.

    How To Sex ?

actually not to burst your bubble, but you picked a cory that is one of the harder species to spawn and I bet i can count on one hand how many people I know who have spawned them with several fingers to spare. not that it can't happen, it just will be quite a bit harder then alot of other...

    Eggs!

you can tell right from the get go that they were not fertile by the white dot within the eggs. fertile eggs do not have this dot and are more of a tan color. you can usually see the embryo in the eggs when they are fertile right from the start

    Brasiliensis Corys?

I have never heard of that name before.. I assume it is just another made up name by the suppliers to drum up sales. The only way you will be able to get a positive id is from posting a pic of the fish

    C. Julii

Most likely both of you have Corydoras trilineatus and not true Corydoras julii as they are very rare in the hobby and trilineatus are most commonly mislabeled as julii

I have kept both corydoras pygmaeus and corydoras habrosus in 5 gallon tanks and they have spawned readily for me in there. I do not have any experience keeping bettas and corys though.. someone else might have to chime in on that part of it.
